1. Introduction

Welcome to Weekly Bento Kitchen (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Van & Luan Bento Kitchen, LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of our bento meals through www.weeklybentokitchen.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Order cut-off times for delivery or pickup are listed on the website during checkout and may vary depending on the type of meal (cold, hot, or special items).

  • Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise noted.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

3. Pricing & Sales Tax

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • Our current menu items are cold meals requiring reheating, sold without utensils, and are generally tax-exempt under sales tax laws.

  • Future items that meet the criteria for taxable prepared food may include sales tax, which will appear during checkout.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer weekly delivery and/or pickup based on your location.

  • Delivery windows are displayed at checkout.

  • All meals must be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 3 days, unless otherwise stated.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be changed or canceled before the weekly cutoff time.

  • Because meals are perishable, cancellations after the cutoff or no-shows for pickup cannot be refunded.

  • If an incorrect or missing item occurs, contact us within 24 hours.

6. Food Safety & Handling

  • Meals are prepared following food safety standards.

  • Once delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for proper storage and reheating.

  • We are not liable for issues resulting from improper handling after delivery.

7. Refund Policy

  • Perishable food is not eligible for returns.

  • If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours with details and photos.

  • Refunds or credits are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

8. Allergens & Dietary Information

  • Ingredient and allergen details are provided on each menu item.

  • Cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

  • We are not liable for reactions or issues related to allergies.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, menus, and designs on this Website belong to Van & Luan Bento Kitchen, LLC.

  • No content may be copied or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
