🥣 Golden Fillet Fish Porridge with Ground Meat

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave: Remove lid; microwave porridge 2–3 min on high, stirring halfway. Add 1–2 tbsp hot water/stock if too thick. Reheat fish separately 30–45 sec, or add on top in final minute.

Stovetop (preferred): Transfer porridge to pot with splash of water/stock; warm over medium-low, stirring. Warm fish in a lightly oiled pan 1–2 min per side, or steam 2–3 min.

Note: Heat until steaming hot (internal temp 165°F/74°C). Best enjoyed fresh; consume within 24 hours. Keep refrigerated.
